I began working with Ken based on a family recommendation, and I was not disappointed. Our journey actually started while me and my wife was away on vacation and Ken was able to show us the property through FaceTime and initiate the buying process. We officially met once we returned to the states. He was always present for meetings with the seller, builder, and walkthroughs. This Agent is highly knowledgeable about the current market and kept communication flowing throughout the process. Professional and attentive, Ken made us feel like we were his only clients, though I’m sure we were one of many. Firm yet patient, he was never pushy, unless it was in our best interest during negotiations. Ken was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with.
