I always thought a buyer's agent was a waste of time; I couldn't have been more wrong. We were out of town buyers; Ken reviewed and or looked at more than a dozen homes for us over a six week period. Several trips to Atlanta were made and each trip the candidate house was looked at as well as other possibilities. This was a arduous process which was made much easier with Ken's assistance. Ken has an in depth knowledge of Druid Hills and the surrounding area, as well as what to look for structurally in the home and the home's layout. He pointed out many pros and cons of the different homes. It all came together with a great home in a good neighborhood. We highly recommend him and we will use him again if the need arises.
