We dealt with Ken as the sellers agent when we bought our home in 2015. We were impressed then with his integrity and responsiveness to our requested repairs found in the inspection. He even brought us his personal two-wheel dolly to use moving in, and he wasn't even our agent. We recently sold our home and didn't hesitate to give Ken a call. Once again, everything went smoothly and fast. Our home was listed on a Tuesday and by Friday we had two offers to choose from. I would recommend Ken and his team to anyone buying or selling a home.
