Kem answered all of our questions and concerns about certain properties or directed us to the right person who can provide us with the answers. Kem understood what we wanted and needed for us to fall in love with our new home. It was a long process, and I would have not chosen a better realtor. Kem made our buying experience wonderful and overtopped. She is very efficient. When my husband and I would find a house we potentially like, we would send it to Kem and right away she would call the selling agent and sellers to tour the home immediately. She was right on the ball game!!! We live in West Palm Beach, and she would make the hour drive to ensure we were well taken care of with no problems or complaints at all! She answered our late-night calls or messages with whatever questions we had. She is more than available to make it happen for you. She was honest and very communicative on certain homes that were not worth it for us or did not see my husband and I living in or building a future family in. Kem ensured that our home was the perfect home for us and saw us living in it worth spending the money on. She knew the right direction, the right answers, and the right negotiations to make it happen. Buying a home is not easy and nerve wrecking, but Kem made it worth it every second and memorable at ease. We enjoyed and appreciated working with her.
