My experience with Kelsie with Coldwell Banker Mason & Co. is generally positive. She kept in contact enough to insure I was up to date with developments without becoming annoying. Any email, phone call or text I sent was answered immediately. I believe she sometimes relied on help from others because the sale of our property was complicated and unusual. As a Canadian I was unfamiliar and surprised with many of the requirements in Montana not the least of which is the real estate commission. However, I have no doubt Kelsie urned her fee on this complicated sale. Although I would not hesitate to use Kelsie in the future I would never again buy real estate in the USA. By the time all the various agencies take their cut off the top it's rather shocking how much a seller is left with. I wish Kelsie continued success. Her temperament seems well suited to this line of work where she never exhibited frustration or anger even when it would have been expected.
