Kelsey Grabin began her real estate career in real estate in 2015 as a transaction coordinator, gaining significant experience in the various aspects of real estate sales transactions. In 2016, she earned her California Real Estate Salesperson License. In 2016 she also graduated from California State University, Chico with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology. Throughout her childhood, Kelsey developed a passion towards real estate through her mother, who shares this interest. She chose to major in psychology with the understanding that this training will help her clients as she guides them through the often emotional journey of buying and selling homes. As a millennial, Kelsey is tech-savvy and understands on a first-hand basis the desires and needs of younger homebuyers and sellers. Raised in the east Bay Area city of Antioch, Kelsey chose to continue living in Chico after graduation due to her deep appreciation for all Chico has to offer. She is eager to share her love for the city with buyers and sellers alike. Kelsey’s customer-service approach is focused on being responsive, flexible, and understanding of her clients’ specific needs. She is excited to now be pursuing her dream job … a matchmaker between sellers, buyers and their dream home!
