Before Kelsey we had worked with/interviewed/showed with so many realtors in many states, none of which were remotely as advertised. We happened on Kelsey at a house we wanted to see and immediately felt like meeting a good friend. Being a young family, Kelsey was incredibly flexible with us, thoughtful, encouraging, and always available and always persevering to find us the best house and never encouraging us to settle. She handled both of our concerns as crossroads came up in decision making and was. always. prepared. For questions, for doubts, for advice, Kelsey always made us feel like someone was taking care of us and watching out for us. When we did find our dream home, the seller situation was less than ideal. Kelsey rolled with all the punches and fought tirelessly to make it our home. Her generous spirit is accompanied by her fierce realty skills - we’ve never met anyone like her. She puts any realtor we’ve ever worked with before to shame and brings back a great standard for realtors. Her transparency and straightforwardness coupled with her authenticity left us wanting for nothing the whole process. We feel we’ve made a lifelong friend in Kelsey and are emotional to be at the end of the process she made so enjoyable (even for our kids!)
