Kelsey is an absolute dream to work with! Her knowledge and expertise of the sale process is singlehandedly what allowed us to close escrow in a 14-day period. Knowing we had a deadline, she was constantly thinking 10 steps ahead and had a roadmap of everything we needed to get done on the day we opened escrow. She was available at all times for all of our questions, and made us feel comfortable with all of the unknowns since this was our first home purchase. There was also a lot on the line with the home we ended up purchasing, because it is on the same street as family. She knew how important that was to us, and did what it took to get it closed. We cannot recommend working with Kelsey enough!!

I was out of state, while my partner was local and she accommodated this less than ideal situation with grace. She is an expert at what she does, but never comes across as a know-it-all. She is professional, insightful, and brings a calm energy to a stressful situation. While she was always easygoing with us, we knew she could apply pressure on the other side when needed. We not only found our absolute dream home, but she managed to help us look, find, and close on our home in less than two months in an absolute crazy market. I'd give more stars if I could.

As first time home buyers, you can read and research for hours but you really don't grasp it until you're in it – and once you're in it you'll find yourself confused, intimidated, and so stressed that you lose sleep.That is, until you work with Kelsey. Kelsey is a pro. With my wife and I being in the sales/service roles ourselves, you can't help but appreciate when someone is so on top of their business. Never once was a call, text, or question left unanswered, and better yet, never felt foolish for asking them. Further still, we always got it straight from Kelsey, never sugarcoating or pandering, she genuinely wanted us to get exactly what we hoped for.And unlike other agents, we never felt pushed or pressured. We worked with Kelsey for 6+ months before we put an offer in, but once we did she made darn sure we got it. I could go on but Zillow will cutoff our character count so just hear this – work with Kelsey (and Rob, and John, and their entire team) and you can rest easy that your biggest life decision is in good hands.

She always provided us with anything and everything we needed to know, and would go over the top to make sure we were on track during escrow. We can't recommend Kelsey enough!
