OUTSTANDING!!! Kelsey is totally amazing at what she does. Selling my home and moving out of state a year and a half after my husband passed away was one of the hardest things I have ever done without him. Kelsey was there for me and with me every step of the way. Her commitment to helping was way beyond my expectations. The quick and constant communication made this process so much easier for me. She even sayed with my girls (my 2 dogs) while I was away from home and the inspector, appraiser and any prospective clients needed/wanted to come by. With her client base and knowledge of real estate, my home was only on the market for 36 hrs. She took the time during our first meeting to go over all the numbers with me so I knew what to expect going into this process . She was very knowledgeable about how to price my home that was well within fair market value. I could only wish I had her for a realtor on the buying end of my new home purchase in FL.
