From the first conversation, I could tell she would do everything possible to make sure we were set up for success. We were out-of-town buyers (purchasing from across the world), and she worked with our timeline, a six-hour difference. She leveraged every resource available to her to ensure we were connected throughout the process. We decided that we would come to Lexington to view some areas we were interesting. She went out of her way to schedule a few houses for us to see; that way, we had an idea of the value different neighborhoods presented. She also ensured that for every viewing, we had comps, and any potential issues were researched through a home inspector. A great way to get familiar with the city! When we decided that we were ready to purchase, she really stepped it up. We would find 2-3 houses several times a week, and she would give extremely detailed walk-throughs virtually. These videos allowed us to feel comfortable purchasing from across the world. Once we were ready to draft a contract, she was extremely helpful, and she allowed us to create competitive offers in a challenging market. After we were in contract, she coordinated with all the inspectors we chose and different companies. She added personal touches along the way, and we never felt that we would have to pull information from her. Overall, this experience was the best that we have experienced in purchasing a home. Kelsey was extremely professional, and she went above and beyond to make sure that everything we needed was handled. I would highly recommend her to any prospective buyer in the Lexington area, and she is an expert!
