Kelsey is the best ever! It all started while I was out of town. I was looking for something entry level not sure of my price range but researched lenders and such. Talked to Kelsey a few times before arriving and she had 20 houses lined up. The 1st group didnt do it for me but the second group did. Missed on one which was a BLESSING! Kelsey DeVine is my go to realtor. I have worked with various realtors before and she was the only one that treated me with real respect and didn’t just see me as another sale. She pours her heart and soul into her work. I initially called about a property my husband and I were interested and we were forwarded to another realtor who told us that in order to buy a lot we had to pay full in cash. When I spoke to Kelsey, she said she had previous clients who bought land and they worked with the bank and only paid a down payment. A week later we were starting the process to buy our dream lot. I was told from another realtor who didn’t want to be bothered by us that what we wanted wasn’t possible and Kelsey made it happen. She’s very respectful and treated me like I was her only client. We refer her to our family members now because she’s someone that we trust. She makes dreams come true and she fights for her clients. When I couldn’t get an answer from the banks end she sent an email out and I heard within an hour. She will forever be my go to real estate agent! It truly was an honor to work with her.
