I found Kellyann to be extremely knowledgeable about the selling price of all the homes in the surrounding area which led her to pricing my home at a optimal price to make a profit and sell quickly. As a first time seller I was not familiar with the process but Kellyann made herself available to me anytime to answer any questions I might have and explained things in a way I could understand. She has a tremendous work ethic and went above and beyond what I would expect from a realtor. I recommend her to all my friends and family and she is the only realtor I would work with in the future.

I worked with Kelly when I bought my condo in 2017. She was amazing to work with. This was a time when as soon as good properties hit the market, you had to see them quick otherwise they already had accepted offers. Kelly was super responsive. I would email her about a property I saw and she would book showings immediately and most of the time the same day. She was also patient as I saw so many properties (sometimes more than once) before I finally found my condo. She advocated for me and always had my best interest in mind. She was part of the process from beginning to end and I could always reach her if I had any questions or concerns. My closing was particularly challenging and in the end she was one of the few people I actually trusted. During closing she even left to get me a granola bar and water because I was so hungry and didn't eat lunch yet. Kelly is an amazing agent and I would definitely recommend working with her. I have worked with other agents in the past and she was by far the most attentive, responsive and knowledgeable which is so important in this current market. She really cares that you find the property that is right for you.

We had many problems in selling our house most of them personal. Kelly went to the extreme to help us solve all our problems . She is the best!
