House hunting is a daunting and time consuming job, particularly when I am already very preoccupied by work. Kelly took time to understand what I was looking for and what's important for me so we didnt waste time on seeing property that does not met my need. I also didnt feel pressured when placing an offer, even though she wrote so many offers for me for which i lost count, because she genuinely wants her customer to feel comfortable during house buying process as if she is on your side and not "just want to sale another house". She listens and writes down my questions attentively and get back to me with answers within 24 hours. She is also a very considerable person, knowing that I have a busy schedule and wont call or text me nonstop but will still reach out to me in reasonable time interval. I would highly recommend her to my family member and colleagues.
