Kelly is very knowledgeable about the real estate trends in the area. We had a complicated transaction with a bank owned property so the process was not the norm. She was very available and supportive throughout the process, although it was tough for everyone to navigate. I would recommend Kelly for either buying or selling. We have gone through 3 other brokers to sell our home. Kelly was recommended by a friend and we figured we had nothing to lose so let's give her a shot. From the beginning there was a steady flow of communication. We lived in an area effected by Sandy. Though our home didn't get flooded due to being built above FEMA's numbers people were afraid to move into our town at the time. Kelly learned that you could apply with FEMA to have your homes flood status evaluated. It was because of Kelly that our structure was taken off the flood map therefor insurence rates would not only not go up they were then lowered to next to nothing. Within 2 weeks of getting this new status she sold our home!! With new visions of a new home she worked hard to find the right one for us. Many times working after hours we are looking to close on our new home in the next couple weeks. We highly reccomend Kelly if you want a team player and not just someone looking for a commission.
