We were referred to Kelly and Rick by a family friend. From day one they were so helpful and friendly to us. They answered all of our questions and always responded back in a reasonable time frame, usually within 24 hours or less. They were able to pull off what seemed to be impossible for me and my family during a heavy seller's market and us being in a different time zone and lacking some basic knowledge due to being first time home buyers. Everything we wanted out of our home, such as square footage, bedrooms, and etc. was taken onboard by them and fulfilled. I am so appreciative of these two and I'd recommend them in a heartbeat!!
