Ms. Watson was very patient and agreed show us multiple homes outside of her usual territory. She was very patient with us while she helped us find the home perfect hone that meet our unique requirements. Once we decided to make an offer, Ms. Watson walked us through the process and presented us with information to help make a reasonable offer. While the negotiations were pretty intense, we were confident that Ms. Watson was more than capable of representing or best interests. All of the service recommendations Ms. Watson made (attorney, home inspector, etc) turned out to be reputable professionals and exceeded or expectations. She even agreed to meet me at the home for the final inspection at 5:30 A.M. to accommodate my work schedule. Finally, Ms. Watson stuck by our side and helped us get some large property that was left behind by the sellers even after the closing date. Her dogged efforts and persistence helped resolve an issue that could have ended up turning into a huge headache. I cannot thank out recommend her enough. Thanks, Kelly.
