Kelly Walters and her team are the best in the triad. I first met Kelly the Fall of 2016 when I was in need to quickly sell my house and find another property to live at. Need to downsize in a hurry. Kelly went to work and sold the home in record time. I made a fair profit and got into a condo in the neighborhood my granddaughters lived so we could help with them. She followed up thru the process frequently, not like other realtors we had and found us several options to look at. Then again in the fall of 2020 we wanted to move out of the condo we moved to as our help was no longer needed and the HOA was pain and Kelly help us find several options and shortly a nice home in the country where we now live and helped us to sell the condo again at a nice profit. Even when we changed our mind, she kept contact with us and help guide us to the right decision. Kelly has continually keep in touch over the years and sent out little gifts every year just because. Any real-estate question I have had over the years when my kids bought or sold, i would direct to her and she would follow up with the information even if she was not thier agent. Kelly and her team always have gone above and beyond. Should I decide to move again, I will call on Kelly Walters at Keller Williams because I know she will help me to get the max profit and quickest sale possible. She always makes recommendations as to what needs to be done to address curb appeal or spark buyers interest. If your not using Kelly Walters, your not getting the most bang for your buck or the most cash out of your sale. I truly believe that and fully recommend her for your agent.

My wife and I cannot recommend Kelly enough! She was so patient and kind with us, despite us shopping in a time when inventory was low and our list of wants and needs was high.
