We met Kelly by chance at an open house and immediately felt comfortable with her communication style and local market knowledge. We were not the easiest buyers to work with and after a year of scouring the beach market, she helped us find our 'piece of paradise', all because Kelly was 'on a vigil' at every opportunity. She always responded quickly with answers to questions addressing our varied and undecided needs, and always available and immediarely responsive. Kelly is the utmost professional in every aspect. We met Kelly Walen at an open house and found her very personable and knowledgable. We had been looking for months and visiting open houses while researching the area. She quickly zoned in on what we were wanting and using her firm’s tools setup a great communication path to tap us into the fast moving market. She was always willing and quickly available to setup showings and meet us at properties allowing us to be brought up to speed on the nuances of the area and it’s history. When we made our offers she assisted greatly in communicating our wants and meeting our needs to stay within our allotted budget. The contract work and closing went blindingly fast and without a hitch. In the end the seller, the agent and us (the buyers) all became friends and we all walked away winners in what we have found in the past to be a stressful process.

I my most recent real estate adventure, Kelly helped me to buy the exact house that I wanted to get. Not only that, but the seller was very difficult to deal with, but Kelly patiently led me through negotiations with this person. She was always there when I needed her. She always got back to me quickly whenever I called her. She went way out of her way to help me assure that my deal was a good one and to get through the paperwork, which at the time, was recently changed due to the new house purchasing rules coming out of the housing bubble collapse. Kelly knew what she was doing and was by my side the whole way. What a great real estate agent! I have already recommended her to people and she has helped them too. Super organized- As our Buying agent recommended by my Mom, Kelly provided us with all Documents (surveys, disclosures, appraisals, county permit requirements for additions, etc.) before we visited the area which streamlined our site visits since our questions were already researched. She also kept us abreast of new properties that fit our needs and had them lined up for us to compare over a weekend visit. Poised negotiating skills- After a very fair agreed price and we were under contract, there was a "hiccup" during the pending process that Kelly was able to work in our favor saving us a considerable amount on the purchase price. Total process oriented- Kelly made this out-of-state move for us the most stress-free move we have done and as retired military, we have experienced plenty. With Kelly, we gained a great deal on our dream home in the perfect location and a trustworthy friend, my Mom was right, she is the best!
