I have used Kelly several times. When I moved to the Spacecoast I filled out a more info thing on Zillow or the other one that eventually prompted a dozen or so Realtors to respond. Kelly was first. Never had need to look elsewhere

We met Kelly by chance at an open house and immediately felt comfortable with her communication style and local market knowledge. I my most recent real estate adventure, Kelly helped me to buy the exact house that I wanted to get. Not only that, but the seller was very difficult to deal with, but Kelly patiently led me through negotiations with this person. She was always there when I needed her. She always got back to me quickly whenever I called her. She went way out of her way to help me assure that my deal was a good one and to get through the paperwork, which at the time, was recently changed due to the new house purchasing rules coming out of the housing bubble collapse. Kelly knew what she was doing and was by my side the whole way. What a great real estate agent! I have already recommended her to people and she has helped them too. I can not say too much about how great she is.
Super organized- As our Buying agent recommended by my Mom, Kelly provided us with all Documents (surveys, disclosures, appraisals, county permit requirements for additions, etc.) before we visited the area which streamlined our site visits since our questions were already researched. She also kept us abreast of new properties that fit our needs and had them lined up for us to compare over a weekend visit. Poised negotiating skills- After a very fair agreed price and we were under contract, there was a "hiccup" during the pending process that Kelly was able to work in our favor saving us a considerable amount on the purchase price. Total process oriented- Kelly made this out-of-state move for us the most stress-free move we have done and as retired military, we have experienced plenty. With Kelly, we gained a great deal on our dream home in the perfect location and a trustworthy friend, my Mom was right, she is the best!
