I bought a home in Los Osos in May 2013. I first met Kelly in January 2013 when I was in Morro Bay for the Bird Festival. Kelly showed me several properties in Morro Bay (my requested area) and then took me to Los Osos and showed me a property there. I loved the area of Los Osos where the house was located. We talked about all the properties we had visited and Kelly got to know my likes and dislikes in terms of houses and locations. I then returned to Los Angeles and Kelly sent me listings of properties that came up that met my needs. In May a house came up for sale that was 2 blocks away from the one that I had liked in Los Osos. It met some of my other requirements also. I went to see the property and liked it very much. Kelly called a friend who was an inspector and he had just had a cancellation and he was able to come and inspect the house the next day. Kelly helped me craft an offer that was accepted by the buyer. <br/><br/>I still live in Los Angeles and visit Los Osos as often as possible. In the year since I bought my house I am happier than ever with it. It may not seem like much to others but for me it is perfect. I love the area (so much nicer than Morro Bay) and I am just so happy there.
