We hired Kelly after a terrible experience with another realtor. She was recommended by a friend who sold their house in less than a week (fall 2020) when they listed with Kelly. She is an excellent communicator who explained all of our options clearly and effectively. After doing a few improvements, that Kelly suggested would give us the best outcome for our efforts, Kelly hired a professional stager and photographer. We then put the house on the market and had more showings on the first day than we had in three weeks with the first realtor. We choose an offer a few days later and closed three weeks after the first showing. Most of our offers were above the listing price and we made $80,000 more than the best offer from the first realtor. The realtor you choose does make a difference. Kelly was always available for questions and if she did not know the answer, she would find out; something that is required by me of a professional. I would not hesitate to recommend or hire her again in the future.
