Being a first-time homebuyer can be daunting. I didn’t know where to start. A close friend referred me to Kelly, whom she had used for her own home-buying experience. I was planning on interviewing a few realtors, but sometimes, things don’t work out the way you planned. That’s a great thing in this case. Kelly was the first one I spoke with and after speaking with her, I just knew she was the realtor for me. She is so thorough, easily accessible, and goes above and beyond for you. In so many words, she is AWESOME! I am so glad our paths crossed, and I am fortunate that she was my realtor for my first home. I am so pleased to have worked with her. We are first-time homebuyers, and Kelly could not have been more of a help for us. She's extremely thorough in her process, explanations, and resources. We took a few pauses, but when we got going we worked quickly, and she was able to meet any pace we wanted. The thing that makes her special is her balance of being just a true beam of joy and light and a serious negotiator and knowledgable agent. During our first viewing, she allowed us to just worry about what the house looked like while she asked specific, important questions about the bones of the house to the other realtor--many questions we would've never thought to ask. And she kept this going through the whole process. She has a true customer service way of doing business, while still advising and consulting, and there is the added bonus of her trusted team and folks she has worked with such as lenders, inspectors, etc. she has assembled throughout her years of experience. And one of the most important things for me is that she was friendly and human to all parties during these transactions, while still getting exactly what we wanted done, which you'd think would be a given, but sometimes cool heads do not prevail in real estate, and Kelly definitely knows how to be firm and remain personable.
