I began working with Kelly to sell my house after not being satisfied with another realtor, and I contacted her about four weeks before my contract with the first agent expired. Kelly began working on my behalf even before I could formally contract with her, giving me great ideas of how to better market my house, coming up with a sales strategy, and keeping in regular contact with me. Once I contracted with her, she went to work immediately setting up realtors' tours and open houses. She even arranged for and accommodated painting and carpet work to be done on the house, working with vendors she trusted, as I had moved out of state and couldn't be there to do it myself. For reasons completely unrelated to Kelly's work, I decided to take my house off the market and rent it out. Kelly gave me professional and detailed advice on different options as I was deciding what direction would be best for me to take. Even though she would not be earning a commission on the sale of my house, she took the time to refer me to property management companies and helped me make a good choice. Should the time come that I decide to put my property back on the market, I will definitely contract with Kelly again.
