Kelly excels at communication, listening to your needs, knowing the laws, making you feel at ease during contract signing, showing the house, and always has a positive attitude. He goes well beyond with offers to maintain the house, and even the lawn, if you need to leave early. I even asked him for a ride after my truck was being transported. And right at the end when you have that bag of garbage from final cleanup as you head out the door, he'll take it. A+ all the way!
