We first contacted Kelly about a winter rental. She immediately sent us available units and followed up with us about our likes and dislikes with what she had sent. Within days, she sent us info about units that met our specifications. She followed up with texts, emails, and phone calls, acquiring feedback from us. She provided us with excellent communication. While renting, we decided we wanted to buy a place. Again, within a day, Kelly set up appointments for us to see units. She is very knowledgeable about the area, buildings, contractors, etc. Kelly is a resourceful, excellent agents who guided us through our purchase. She offered recommendations for home inspections, electricians, window treatment installation, where to look for furniture, etc. Kelly made our purchase a smooth and positive experience for us.
