We did not have a real estate agent, and we really lucked out getting her! She made sure that everything went right for us. Our entire process went unbelievably smooth until the last week. All of a sudden we were having issues, and possible set backs with our closing due to our mortgage rep, and attorney. We didn't know what to do. We called Kelly and told her what was going on. She explained the situation so we could actually understand, then she called our Mortgage rep and Attorney... several times, to get things back on track and offer her help to keep things on track. If it weren't for Kelly there's a chance we wouldn't have closed at all. She was absolutely amazing! There are no words for us to thank her enough for helping us through our first home purchase!
