Realtor made sure all areas of concern of the home we are buying met our expectations and have been fixed by the seller. Realtor explained with this being a seller's market that we would have to go higher than initial costs of home which we did and secured us to be under contract. It was a rough 6 months, 2 realtors, an limited search area, we were picky on the homes and property's we looked at, but finally found the perfect forever home.
