She knows this area VERY well and provides good feedback based on observations of the neighborhood AND the home visited. Her market analysis of comparables is very helpful and informative as to pricing of the properties she shows. My particular home purchase after closing has some issues and she is working very hard with the listing agent to resolve (if they can be). I highly recommend Kelly as a realtor and if and when the day comes to need an agent again I will certainly use her. I will highly recommend her to folks!
