More of a friend than an agent

We were first time home buyers and had lots of questions. Kelly patiently answered all our questions and was able to guide us through the process. It was as if a friend was guiding you through the process rather than an agent. She's super responsive and was always on top of whatever we needed. She has been in the business and in the area for quite a while and has an extensive book of contacts that proved really useful.
