She is very knowledgeable regarding the entire process from doing comparisons, city inspections, the advertising, closing information, etc. Kelly's professionalism is always on display. She knows the market very well and helped us with suggestions on how to get the house sold quicker and for the most money possible. She also helped with the city inspection as she knows the process and what the city inspectors are looking for. We had inspectors come out numerous times because of various issues and Kelly was always there even though she was not required to be there. I couldn't ask for better communication. Kelly kept us informed on a timely basis during the entire selling process. She would call, text or email regularly. Even when she was on vacation during the Fourth of July holiday she was still always working and communicating with us. I would highly recommend her for any real estate needs!
