I thought selling my mother’s home long distance would be a huge pain. From the get-go Kelly handled everything, and then some! From clearing out the home to arranging a few upgrades (as per her suggestion) and necessary repairs, Kelly was on top of it with alacrity. All I had to do was approve estimates and digitally sign papers. The work was done almost immediately, buyers found, and the house sold above asking price because of the few upgrades. Because Kelly is knowledgeable and fast, the entire process was stress-free for me - it was the easiest part of settling my mother’s estate. Kelly went over and above for me as I’m sure she does for all of her clients. You can’t go wrong with Kelly.
