Well, where do I begin? It started out losing my wife and my brother. Within, three weeks and then the only bright spot that I had was Kelly Riley, my realtor who took the reins. And was completely amazing in everything she has done for both myself and mom. She was on top every aspect of selling mom's house from start to finish. She left no stone unturned. Kelly is an excellent professional. She worked very hard on both transactions that she helped me with ( the sale of my old house and the purchase of my new one). She would contact me any time of day and any day of the week. She has a great knowledge of the real estate business. She also knew when to get a second opinion from a trusted colleague. Her long experience was very useful. She had a list of trusted specialists that she knew were good in their field of experience e.g. electrical contractor, tile layer, painter, carpeting installer. I didn't hesitate to use these referenced people. In some cases I was sending cash to these people in advance of the work.
