Kelly helped put together the listing, during very unusual market. She had handle on the local houses for sale and my home. What was real competition and what was not. She helped sort out potential buyers, and those “fishing” for deal. Took three try’s. But got real serious buyer, then helped move through schedule from bid to closing, supporting us continuously.

My significant other and I were in the process of looking for our first home and Kelly made it so easy! He lived out of town, and it couldn't have gone any more smooth than it did. We were both included in every step of the process, and I'd recommend Kelly to anyone looking for their first home or their forever home! She came packed with knowledge about all of the areas we were considering.

We really enjoyed our time with Kelly. She was very thoughtful and thorough. We had unsuccessfully tried selling our house by owner and ended up seeking Kelly to help us and she helped us out greatly! We couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Kelly was always available to talk to when we needed her, even though she has another full-time job, had a vacation previously planned with her family, and suffered through the passing of her grandmother, during the time we were searching for a new home. If she could not make it for a showing, physically, she made arrangements for a work-mate to be with us. She was extremely knowledgeable about potential things that could be wrong with a home, structurally, and in other ways, and is very personable. We enjoyed very much having her as our agent, and sometimes I and my fiancé can be very "demanding" of people "working for us".

Kelly not only demonstrated a vast amount of knowledge, but also showed an overwhelming amount of compassion and commitment to finding what I needed. She was always a text or phone call away and had an answer for every question I threw at her.
