Being from out of state, I needed the best.
Being from out of state I needed an agent that would carry the ball and take care of all of the issues including everything from making the house salable to all of the showings, customer vetting, financing arrangements, arranging for a wide varied of repairs required by the buyer, and finding qualified repair people with good references in line with a reasonable budget to make the deal work and successfully closed the sale, on time, on a mail away, without a hitch. A great, no hassle experience.
