As someone who moved frequently before settling in Amelia Island, Kelly relates closely to out-of-town buyers. I strongly recommend that you hire her, you will be happy!

Kelly sold my house on the Omni Amelia Island Plantation. It was a large house with stunning architecture but needed some updates and was therefore a tough sell. She went above and beyond and at times acted like a property manager. From staging to close, Kelly was professional and enthusiastic. In short, she just did a splendid job. I strongly recommend that you hire her, you will be happy!

We could not recommend a more highly qualified team to work with!

Kelly is by far the best agent we ever worked with!

This our third home sale. Kelly was is by far the best agent we ever worked with. She is EXTREMELY responsive, knowledgeable, resourceful, understanding, communicative (you name it). She literally rolled up her sleeves and helped us get the property prepared for sale. She helped us navigate through multiple types of offers, ranging in complexities. I seriously don't believe we could have sold our $815,000 home with out Mrs. Powers

Lucky enough to work with Kelly!
