Kelly is absolutely wonderful. She represented us on the sale of our home in Vienna and on the purchase of our new home in Oakton. She was very thorough throughout the entire process and it was clear that she puts her clients' interests first in everything that she does. We highly recommend Kelly.

Kelly was an extremely knowledgeable and an exceptional agent. From the moment I called her to tell her I was ready to purchase a home, she had already emailed me listings within the hour. She guided me step by step of the entire home buying process with patience and a constant smile on her face. She was honest about the pros and cons of each house, and I appreciated this for my final decision. She went above and beyond for me and was there every time I called with questions and always called me back promptly with the answer! She even gave me many of her excellent contacts for flooring, painting etc. After the home sale. Her excellent service just continues!!!! Her warm personality and constant dedication is more than 5 star! I highly recommend Kelly Pappas!!
