My husband and our kids were relocating from NJ to SC (which is not an easy move especially with kids). Our NJ realtor recommended us Kelly, and I AM SO HAPPY SHE DID. Kelly was so friendly and helpful! We didn’t know the area much but she helped us narrow down a few areas that included what we wanted. I flew down from NJ to tour houses and Kelly felt like a friend that I’ve know for years! We toured new construction homes and Kelly was on top of everything and knew things to ask that we never thought about. We could not have asked for a better realtor. As soon as I talked to Kelly and told her exactly what I was looking for, and our budget, it was easy breezy from there on out! Since we were looking for a place in NC (for the most part) we had Kelly running around everywhere but she never complained. Being a first time home owner was so stressful and I can't even count the number of questions I had for Kelly that she didn't have to answer for me (most likely) LOL, but she did! I would be texting her at 10 pm or 8 am and she never hesitated in answering right back. The fact that after our first or second conversation she knew exactly what I would and would not like, made the stressful experience so much better. She never tried to "sell" us anything that wasn't in our budget and we never felt pressured at any point! If you are looking for a realtor trust me, she's your girl!!
