Kelly helped us on our first home. We had a very difficult timeline as our current rental at the time was being sold out from under us. Kelly was extremely attentive and showed us a bunch of properties of various price ranges/condition/locations to give us a better sense of what our budget could afford. We finally settled on a fixer upper, and from there, the negotiations got extremely complicated. Despite the difficulties, Kelly was able to not only negotiate a fair price, but also managed to help us get a new roof installed on the house before we moved in, which was huge both in cost, and in comfort. All in all, Kelly was a great person to work with, even calling/texting us after hours just to keep us in the loop and to address the myriad of questions we had in our first time home purchase. She is a very busy person, but I never felt like I was bothering her, and despite the craziness of this purchase, she managed to get us closed and into our new place in only 6 weeks. I'd highly recommend her in any future purchases and if we decide to sell in the future, we will no doubt be contacting her again. She will certainly be getting our recommendation among friends for buying property in the Denver area. Thank you again Kelly for all the hard work and for getting us into our first home.
