Hi, I’m Kelly Nelson. I’ve called Sioux Falls home since 1973, when my parents relocated here from Baltimore, Maryland. My family’s first home on Duluth Avenue sat in the heart of a city of just 78,000 people. Growing up here has been a privilege—and today, I’m grateful to experience Sioux Falls as it continues to grow into a vibrant community rich in arts, entertainment, and opportunity. As your dedicated real estate professional, your goals are my goals. My expertise lies in making the buying and selling process seamless, informed, and collaborative. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from the University of South Dakota and a Master of Science in Microbiology from South Dakota State University—truly embracing the full spectrum of arts and sciences. Kelly and her husband, Erik, a Sioux Falls native, enjoy the city’s extensive bike trail system and are passionate supporters of the local arts and music scene, which inspired their favorite motto: Home is where the ART is.
