We bought a house in just 537 days and you can too! Some of the first words to Kelly were: we are a realtor's nightmare. We were in no hurry, with a budget that changed every three days and an impossible 'must have' list for a Florida home. We looked at countless open houses, new, old, investment property, empty lots, and more but we finally found this and Kelly got the ball rolling even though it was on the back end of a contract. Kelly was never pushy and was more patient than we deserved. She wanted the perfect house over the quick sell and that means the world to us. The entire process was a joy and (don't tell my wife) I kinda miss house hunting. So if you are in a hurry and only have two years to make a purchase: call Kelly! Kelly was a fantastic agent! She wasn’t pushy but she listened and did everything she could to get us exactly what we wanted! When my husband found a house that was already under contract but was literally our dream house, we asked Kelly if we could get a showing of it. Even tho it was pending, she contacted the listing agent and arranged the showing. We fell in love with it so she suggested a backup offer but that we keep looking. We asked to stop looking but go ahead with the backup offer. And, after over 2 years of us being on again/off again, we closed on that very house! OUR DREAM HOUSE! Kelly is a gem and we will forever be thankful to her!
