Kelly Merritt has been a realtor for a few years and she definitely shows it! Her levels of knowledge and professionalism make her an absolute joy to work with. Being first time home buyers we really didn't know anything about what the buying process looked like or what we really wanted or needed in a home but Kelly guided us every step of the way. One of the things I personally dislike about salespersons is when they are super pushy and pressuring to make a sale just so they can add you as another commission. Kelly is nothing like this! She was super patient with us as we viewed dozens of homes with her over a few months and each house she gave us her genuine opinion and tried to steer us away from homes she knows we would end up regret purchasing just based on what she saw during the showings. Even for homes we really liked, she wasn't trying to close the deal right away. She gave us time to think it over and was ready and willing to help us make offers whenever we were ready. I would recommend everyone to work with Kelly when they are looking to buy or sell a home, whether you are a first time home buyer or this is property number 10, Kelly is amazing!
Kelly and Brian are awesome. We probably saw 40 houses before we landed on the perfect home. She was willing to do extra work to make it work out for us.
