When you are facing what seems like an insurmountable task, it is imperative to have the best team working with and for you to accomplish the goal. We knew we wanted to sell our starter home and find our dream home, but things didn't work out in that order. We found our dream home before we were ready to put our home on the market and that was nerve wracking as contingent buyers. But, Kelly promised that if it could be done, it would be done. And, she delivered! We rushed our home to market, got the sellers of our dream home to accept our contingent offer, and sold our home in just a little over a week.
