Here's the background story: Come March 2021, I have less than three weeks to PURCHASE a home during record low housing inventory levels, a full fledged pandemic, surging housing demand etc. Little did I know, here comes our savior - Kelly McLaren. She made me feel like I was her ONLY client in this world looking for a house. I'm not even joking... we went to open house, after open house, after open house etc. almost seemed like Kelly was more robotic than human at this point because she was RELENTLESS. FINALLY... when we stumbled across the "right" home, Kelly KNEW it was exactly what I was looking for. So much so, that Kelly jotted our name down on the waiting list before I instructed her to do so. And had she not done that... had she not been proactive, the couple that walked in behind us would have been first on the list.
