California. She and her team presented us with options for viewing in her office which was impressive. She has a high level of customer service, professionalism and her team consisted of Kirstie Webster who was also instrumental in viewing of the condo selections that she had positioned even before our arrival. Kelly was available up to late in the day (regardless if it was a weekend) for our many questions and since we were first time buyers in that area, was able to educate us about the market conditions, seller preference and strived to close the sale in a timely manner. We had several challenges and she was able to guide the process while educating us on the pros and cons so as to help us make an informed decision of whether to buy or not. I also appreciated that she provided resource contacts and recommendations (based on her positive experience) for lending contact, contractors, painters, HVAC and house cleaning. She not only guided us through the process of buying a property but also provided advice post that which we appreciated. We purchased a 2 bedroom condo.
