Kelly contacted us via Zillow for our search for a 1-2 bedroom condo in Corona. She contacted us immediately and was very knowledgeable, receptive of our difficult search based on limited budget, and the fact that we were not located in S. California. It was an informational and exploratory discussion at first. We spoke about a month plus prior to viewing any real estate, and she promptly followed up with us close to our physical arrival in S. California. She and her team presented us with options for viewing in her office which was impressive. She has a high level of customer service, professionalism and her team consisted of Kirstie Webster who was also instrumental in viewing of the condo selections that she had positioned even before our arrival. Kelly was available up to late in the day (regardless if it was a weekend) for our many questions and since we were first time buyers in that area, was able to educate us about the market conditions, seller preference and strived to close the sale in a timely manner. We had several challenges and she was able to guide the process while educating us on the pros and cons so as to help us make an informed decision of whether to buy or not. I also appreciated that she provided resource contacts and recommendations (based on her positive experience) for lending contact, contractors, painters, HVAC and house cleaning. She not only guided us through the process of buying a property but also provided advice post that which we appreciated. We purchased a 2 bedroom condo. Most of all, she is very personable and pleasant to deal with. We would definitely engage Kelly's services/knowledge and her team if we had to sell or buy another property in Southern CA.
