I really appreciated her taking the time to meet with my siblings and I since we were selling the family home. My only call out for the team is that it would have helped me to have had more guidance/explanation at times as I had to sign many documents remotely. I really appreciated the what to expect, timing worksheets and checklists that came my way through email. Those emails allowed me to forward on to my out of state siblings so they could stay "in the know".
