She and her team were so professional and courteous!!!! Always on top of things!!! Even when we were preparing the house for the pictures, she was there moving furniture around and hanging curtains with us, instructing us on where things should go. The pictures and videos of our home were amazing!!! Anything we asked for, it was done immediately. Throughout the whole process, she would always make sure we were in touch- she would call every couple of days, even when nothing was going on. It's been a long time since we've bought or sold, and it's A LOT to think about and do, but Kelly + team walked us through every step from pricing our home competitively to stylishly staging it, to arranging professional photographers and getting it posted on all the sites, so we could assess the interest right away and alway know how it was going. Their hard prep work paid off ... we had an offer in ~2 weeks! While two other similar homes in our neighborhood remain on the for over 4 months, we had a speedy, no hassle escrow and handed over the keys for the buyer in no time.
