We had met with a real estate agent who only wanted us to list our home for $715K. However, my husband and I knew our home was worth at least $800K. So a friend of ours gave us Kelly’s number. Within five days of signing a contract with Kelly and her team, our house was listed at $799K with gorgeous photos that showcased our beautiful home wonderfully! After roughly 27 days on the market, we accepted an offer of $825K! The escrow process was super easy and we received updates for every step of the way! Kelly and her team were AMAZING!
