She responded quickly and professionally any time we had questions or issues. McKenzie thoroughly explained each part of the process and made sure we knew what we were doing every step of the way. She also advocated for us at every turn! For example, when we showed up for the final walk-through of our new home and discovered that the yard had not been adequately maintained, McKenzie was instantly on the phone with the other agent fighting to get things squared away properly before we closed.
