Definitely consider using Kelly... personally and professionally a great lady! Kelly was always willing to proceed in the direction that I wanted, but when I asked for guidance she was spot on. Her knowledge of the local real estate values was a most valuable reference. And her handling of the negotiation was professional and tactful.
