I don't know where to start ~ Kelly was absolutely fantastic. Can't capture it all in 2000 characters ~ here are the highlights: * Her responsiveness was phenomenal ~ I didn't have to wait days, or even hours for a response to a text or voice message ~ within minutes was the norm ~ an unfortunate RARITY these days ! * NO request or question was treated as trivial ~ I am the MASTER at requesting trivial but Kelly never treated ANY of them as an inconvenience or waste of her time. * She LISTENED to what was important to me with the house I intended to buy and did not attempt to persuade me to compromise my standards/needs. * She was NOT primarily concerned about her commission ~ it didn't matter whether I was looking at a property listed for $150K or $350K she was attentive and extremely helpful in evaluating how closely the property met my needs. * She frequently used the phrase "Truth be told ..." ~ yes, truth is a HUGE plus ! * NO PRESSURE ! She was willing to show me as many properties as I needed to see. Furthermore, I was an out-of-state buyer and she was amazingly accommodating * She exhibited an extremely and consistently pleasant personality ! It calmed me down ~ eased my stress ! * Her service didn't cease when the close was done ~ 32 days after close I had a trivial need for info from the selling agent and I had my answer from Kelly in THIRTY-NINE minutes !!!!!!!!! I've pondered buying another property just to experience this exceptional experience again !
