Kelly assisted me in uncharted territory, the sale of my childhood home . From my first contact with her I knew that she was the agent to guide me through this process. Her knowledge of the area and suggestions as to what should be done to successfully put the house on the market proved to be on point . After an open house, one week before Christmas during a Steeler game we had an offer along with two other possibilities! We had a contract in the works in under a week! Knowing that this was a bit of an emotional process for me Kelly gently and compassionately walked me through every detail . Not a signature or initial was completed without a full explanation of what was involved. Through this entire process every phone call was returned and all of my questions were answered.
