Much of the process was handled via email and phone since since the house we bought is a second, vacation home. Good, timely communication between us and our broker was key and Kelly delivered. She made herself available prior to closing to open the house for us, inspectors and contractors. Sometimes on very short notice. She is very knowledgeable about the market. She is low key. She is professional. She is client service focused.
